Yale’s Review of Advances in Oncology Highlights from the ASCO® Annual Meeting 2027

Yale’s Review of Advances in Oncology: Highlights from the ASCO® Annual Meeting is set to host a live symposium on Friday, June 25, 2027. This event aims to deliver the latest advancements and pivotal insights from the 2027 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO®) Annual Meeting. Developed by our esteemed faculty, this program is tailored to meet the educational requirements of healthcare professionals. The agenda is created to augment participants’ understanding and confidence in current and emerging treatment modalities, ongoing clinical trials, and best practices in cancer care. Attendees will gain access to essential information without the need to sift through multiple days of content. Engaging lectures and case-based discussions will facilitate the review of new findings alongside leading experts, enabling the integration of these updates into clinical settings. Drawing from the success of previous Yale Oncology CME events, we anticipate a participation of 150 learners at the symposium.

1. Summarize the most clinically significant findings and practice-changing data presented at the ASCO Annual Meeting as highlighted by Yale Cancer Center faculty.
2. Identify emerging therapeutic agents and novel treatment strategies currently under investigation across key cancer types and patient populations.
3. Evaluate the clinical implications of recent oncology trial data and assess their potential impact on current treatment paradigms.
4. Apply updated, evidence-based approaches to the management of cancer patients in their clinical practice.
5. Recognize gaps in their own clinical knowledge and identify areas where emerging research may influence future treatment decision-making.

• Advance registration is required for all attendees to ensure proper seating and meal accommodations.

• Complimentary registration is available for all physicians and healthcare professionals.

• Industry Professional attendee (those employed by ineligible companies such as pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers) must register as Industry Attendees at $500 - limit two (2) per company.  

All registrations will be reviewed.  If it is determined that an attendee is employed by an ineligible company and has not registered appropriately, the registration will be revoked.
