This podcast series delves into the traditional characterization of medical culture as one rooted in a fixed mindset, with post-training phases often lacking emphasis on deliberate practice. Within the healthcare field, emotions in general, including those related to the fixed mindset, are frequently left unaddressed. By adopting a growth mindset in tandem with deliberate practice, we can reframe emotions as valuable data points for enhancing all relationships, both at work and at home. Through carefully curated, bite-sized episodes, we aim to enrich your comprehension of adult learning and the ongoing journey of improvement with emphasis on what we see, hear, and feel.
