2025 Yale Inflammatory Bowel Disease Conference

This course will provide world class educational programming, professional development, and networking opportunities for physicians and advanced practice providers who care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease. The course will focus on latest most up to date care principles for IBD. The overall goal of this unique conference is to provide up-to-date evidence-based education in the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel disease.

1. Review the updated goals of treatment including positioning of new therapies for the management of inflammatory bowel disease.
2. Identify ways to optimize our currently available medical therapies
3. Understand the medical and surgical management of complex IBD
4. Highlight the medical and surgical treatment for complications of IBD
5. Provide tips and tricks for common clinical scenarios with IBD patients including ostomy care, prior authorizations, and nutrition recommendations.

MOC POINTS ~ Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.5 Medical Knowledge Only MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
