Login and Account Troubleshooting:

 

For assistance finding your Yale University NetID, please contact your department's Business Manager/Lead Administrator or your supervisor. You can also contact your local support provider or the ITS Help Desk, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., at 203.432.9000 or helpdesk@yale.edu.


If you are having difficulty logging in using the email and password option, please see below:

Forgot Password?

Click Sign In, select "Sign in with Email and Password", then "Forgot Your Password?"; provide the email (username) you use to login to CloudCME and click Reset Password button. If you do not receive an email with a login reset link in 15 minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folder and/or confirm you are checking the correct email account. If you still have not received a login reset email, call CME at 203.785.4578.

If you are unsure which email your account is registered under, call or e-mail us at 203.785.4578 ~ cme@yale.edu. Please do not set up a new account with a different email – your accounts will not automatically merge!

Need to set up an account?

On the Portal Homepage, click on the large yellow "Sign Up Now" button. Complete the required information and click the "Submit" button. If you are not on the portal homepage, you can get there by clicking on the "<<Return to Main Site" link located on the upper right hand side of the website.

 

Or, you can click on the Sign In link on the light blue banner, select "Sign in with Email and Password", and then click "Don’t have an account?". Complete the required information and click Create Account.
