Overview
This course reviews the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) documentation requirements for physicians providing clinical care. All Yale faculty with billing numbers are required to take this course training annually.

Objectives
Physicians will learn how to document in accordance with 
  1. Teaching Physician Rules
  2. Evaluation & Management Guidelines
